About me
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. My career has focused on leadership and people management within education — from university teams to more recent work supporting teenagers in high schools. After experiencing profound, lasting benefits from EFT Tapping for my own stress and challenges, I trained as a practitioner to bring this powerful, practical approach to others seeking real change.
I’ve always loved meeting people and discovering what matters most to them. I enjoy helping clients improve their quality of life by teaching simple ways to reduce stress and shift their perspective.
With a collaborative focus, I can help to navigate complex physical and psychological issues, whether persistent or acute. Work with me to manage your stress responses effectively and cultivate long-term personal development.
